Environmental protection and the fight against the greenhouse effect are obviously part of our DNA. But the founders of BW Ideol also have strong values around innovation and solidarity.
Our social commitment
BW Ideol supports associations every year through sponsorship. This year, employees have chosen to get involved with: Clean my Calanques, Silvaactes, and Fermes d'avenir. BW Ideol also offers its employees a charity day each year.
OUR IDÉELLES NETWORK
Starting from the observation that there are few female candidates in technical and scientific positions, several women at BW Ideol have come together to work on promoting scientific careers among young girls.
